The MSME Development Program is an initiative designed to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Malaysia, enhancing their competitiveness in the global market. This program aims to improve work sustainability, reduce turnover rates, and increase business resiliency by providing learning and development opportunities for their employees.
Through this initiative with PEOPLElogy, we provide upskilling and reskilling program for employees of MSMEs, helping them progress in their employment or careers within these enterprises. Our goal is to create a skilled workforce that can contribute to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Malaysia.

Certified Network Defender (CND) is a comprehensive program designed to equip IT professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to protect and defend computer networks from cyber threats. This certification covers essential network defense techniques, strategies, and tools to ensure the security and integrity of organizational networks.

Requirements
- Unemployed Malaysians
- Ages 18 - 40 Years Old.
- Full-time employment
- Retrenched Employee
- MSME Companies
- Manufacturing: Fewer than 200 employees
- Services and other sectors: Fewer than 75 employees
- Employers must meet the official MSME definition and be subject to any latest amendment and/or expansion of the PSMB Act 2001
- Must be registered with SSM
- Able to provide the latest company EPF Statement
- Maximum of 5 employees per company

Application Process:
Steps to Secure Funding for Your Employees
Only one (1) employer/representative will sign up on behalf of employees.
The employer/representative can submit a maximum of five (5) employees.
After registration, we’ll shortlist suitable employers for a briefing session to submit required documents.
Shortlisted employers will be contacted <BR>within 30 days.
Documents will be reviewed, and successful employers will receive funding.
