A: With the rapid advancement in IR4.0 and accelerate digital transformation of business processes in Malaysia, there is a need to ensure that the current and future workforce are equipped and certified with the knowledge to meet the industry requirement. This is in line with Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera’s objective which is to enhance Bumiputera capabilities that will lead to high income employment through quality education and certifications.
Q: Can I qualify if I am older than 40 years?
A: Unfortunately, no. The program is designed for individuals under 40 years old. If you are not yet 40 by the time you apply, you may still be eligible.
Q: Can I change programs before enrolling?
A: Yes, you can switch programs before completing the official enrolment process. However, please note that once you sign the agreement and offer letter, you are only permitted to enrol in one program.
Q: What kind of certification will I receive?
A: You will receive an industry-recognized certification body upon successfully completing the program and passing the exam. You will also receive a certificate from PEOPLElogy upon completing the Digital Leadership program.
Q: Are class recordings available?
No, the classes will not be recorded. Your attendance during the live sessions is required.
Q: Can I skip a class if I provide an MC or support letter?
A: Yes, you can provide an MC or support letter to excuse yourself from a class. Without the official supporting documents and notification to PEOPLElogy and Yayasan Peneraju, we will consider you absence from the training.
Q: What happens if I leave my job during the training?
A: If you resign or receive a VSS from your current company, you must inform PEOPLElogy and provide supporting documents to verify your employment status. You are required to find new employment immediately, as this program is designed for employed individual. Therefore, you must remain employed throughout the program and during the monitoring period.
Q: How long is each class?
A: Each class typically lasts for 8 hours, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, depending on the topic. This includes both technical and digital leadership sessions.
Q: Is there a break during class?
Yes, short breaks are provided during each class, including a 1-hour lunch break.
Q: Do I need to have my webcam on during class?
A: Yes, having your webcam on during class is required for attendance and engagement purposes.
Q: Can I extend the exam timeline if needed?
A: No, you cannot extend or delay the exam timeline. You are required to follow the schedule provided by Peoplelogy.
Q: What type of fees are covered under this programme?
A: This programme is based on financing scheme assistance where Yayasan Peneraju will fund recipient’s professional certification fees and tuition fees. The funding does not include monthly allowance and accommodation allowance.
Q: What types of assistance will be provided during the program?
A: Only tuition fees and certification costs will be covered.
Q: If I have received another financing scheme from Yayasan Peneraju, am I still eligible to receive this financing scheme?
A: If you are a current/past recipient of any other Peneraju Professional financing scheme programme, you are not eligible to apply for these financing scheme programmes.
Past recipients of Peneraju Tunas Potensi and Peneraju High Impact Programme (HIP) financing schemes, however, are still eligible to apply for these programmes.
Q: Which institutions or training centers are covered under this program?
A: A: Trainees will participate in virtual training with PEOPLElogy Development Sdn. Bhd. The examination will be held in person. If there is a requirement for physical classes, PEOPLElogy will inform the students directly.
Q: How long is the programme?
A: The exact duration will be based on the number of exemptions/ remaining papers candidates have upon accepting the funding offer from Yayasan Peneraju. Recipient will however need to complete the professional certification within the stipulated time.
Q: How about employment? Will there be employment as part of this programme offering?
A: No, employment is not part of the programme. This training is applicable only for working adults however, you’re able to apply once you receive any job offers.
Q: How many spots is Yayasan Peneraju offering under this programme?
A: The final number of scholarships that will be offered is subject to the quality and calibre of the qualified candidates’ pool we receive each year.
Q: Do I have to attend classes?
A: Attendance of tuition/classes in preparation for examinations is COMPULSORY under this programme.
Q: Do I need to submit my payslip during the monitoring phase?
A: Yes, submitting a payslip is required during the monitoring phase. This helps us track any increments or bonuses you may receive during this period.

A: The selection process takes about 2 to 3 months after the application closes

A: If the birth certificate is lost or damaged, the applicant/parents must obtain a new copy or request a replacement at the nearest National Registration Department.

A: Successful applicants will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address and mobile phone number provided in the application form are correct and up-to-date.

However, for recipients who breach the terms and conditions stipulated in the Letter of Offer and Scholars Agreement, they will have to pay-back all payment incurred by Yayasan Peneraju on their behalf.
