The B40 Development Program is an initiative designed to empower individuals from the Bottom 40 per cent (B40) income group or household with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to secure new long-term employment and income-generating opportunities. Through this initiative with PEOPLElogy, we aim to help them improve their standard of living and achieve upward social mobility in the long term through our upskilling and reskilling program. Our goal is to provide them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive in their careers, contributing to their personal growth and the overall development of our communities.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Microsoft Excel is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formula creation, and complex function usage. This certification covers essential Excel techniques, strategies, and tools to ensure efficient data management and analysis.

Requirements:
- Malaysian citizenship
- Age 20 - 40 Years Old
- Must be from the B40 income group or household
- Able to commit to the program full-time

- Certificate of MOS in Excel Certification (*Note: Only candidates who pass the exam will receive this certification.)

Applicants register for the program through the registration form.
After registration, we’ll shortlist suitable applicants for a briefing session to submit required documents.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 30 days.
Documents will be reviewed, and successful applicants will receive funding.
